Newark has for many years been an incredibly under-served, underrepresented community in New Jersey. But because of organizations like the Lincoln Park Coast Cultural District, the community is developing into a green, sustainable ecosystem.
With “The Green Mile,” Lincoln Park was connected to Clinton Hill, to expand its reach to the community. Thanks to PSEG’s Powering Progress and the South Ward Environmental Alliance, Lincoln Park has made incredible strides in environmentally friendly energy.
